The Double Eagle Resort & Spa, Inc. assumes no liability related to any use of its property for any recreational activities. There are streams on the property, a fishing pond, rocky slopes, roads used by automobiles, wild animals and any number of potential hazards. All use is at the sole rsik of the user or the supervising adult. All children under the age of 13 should have adult supervision at all times.

Spa Appointments/Cancellations
Spa appointments are subject to availability and are very popular with Resort guests and visitors. Therefore, it is very important to book your appointments as far in advance as possible. We suggest Resort guests schedule their appointments at the time they make their lodging reservations. Ask for one of the Spa assistants who can assist you in planning your Spa experience. Variations will occur in our Spa menu due to seasonal variation and special promotions. All appointments must be held with a valid credit card.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Appointments not cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation period are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the total scheduled appointment charges. Appointments not cancelled within 12 hours are subject to 100% of the total scheduled appointment charges.
Spa/Salon Gratuities
Tipping is customary and we will add a 18% gratuity to your final Spa services bill automatically UNLESS you instruct us not to do so. Please inform our spa receptionist if you would prefer to leave your own gratuity. There are envelopes for this purpose at the Spa reception desk.
Fitness and Wellness Appointments/Cancellations
Fitness, wellness and outdoor adventure appointments may be scheduled through the Spa reception desk. All Appointments are subject to availability and schedules vary according to our changing seasons. All appointments must be held with a valid credit card and cancellation policies listed above also apply to Fitness and Wellness appointments.
The Creekside Boutique features skin care, body products, sports apparel and unique selection of great gift items. Most of the body and skin care products are available through our online store at www.DoubleEagle.com
Creekside Policies
* The minimum age for resort guests, members or day pass guests to utilize any of the fitness center equipment is 18, unless he/she has been certified by the fitness staff. Improper use of equipment can result in serious injury.
* Young adults who are members or lodging guests (ages 13-17) are permitted in fitness areas only after they have been "certified" by fitness staff for a nominal fee. This allows them use without an adult present during their stay as long a strict adherence to spa behavior standards is maintained.
* Children or young adults under the age of 18 are not allowed in locker rooms unless they are scheduled to receive spa services or have been "certified" by the fitness staff. Certified young adults may swim during designated hours only. Pool restrooms and pool showers are available for sure.
* All pool users must check in at front reception desk before entering the pool area.
* Children or young adults 3-17 may swim during designated hours only; 11:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. and 4:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. daily (strictly enforced). No running, diving or excessive horseplay. Children ages 3-12 must be under adult supervision (18 years or older) at all times in the pool area.
* No children under the age of 3 are permitted in the pool or whirlpool at any time, even if swim diapers are used. Children in diapers are never permitted in pools or whirlpools as it poses a serious health hazard.
* Children are not permitted in the spa building or on spa decks except during designated hours: 11:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. and 4:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M.
* Robes are available for adult spa, fitness and pool guests at front reception desks. Towels are available for all guests.
* No alcohol is permitted in the pool or whirlpool area. Beer, wine and spirits may be purchased at the Eagle's Landing Restaurant and the Creekside Corner in the Spa. Alcohol may be consumed at the Creekside Corner and on the Spa Deck only. Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol on the premises.
* Smoking is not permitted in any of the resort buildings.
* Parents are requested to supervise their children and instruct them not to throw rocks into our "catch and release" fishing pond and not to feed the fish. We appreciated your assistance.
* The Creekside Spa & Fitness Center assumes no responsibility for personal property or valuables. Guests are requested not to bring valuables with them.
