Learn how to fly-cast, hook and play with legendary Alpers® trout on our private _ acre instructional water, Ron’s Pond – filled with wild trout up to 9 lbs. Lesson includes instructor, all gear and the fish too. No license required. Catch and release only. One-hour lesson just $60 per person.
Learn to fly-fish Sierra streams
Learn the basics of stream fly-casting and other fly-fishing essentials to be successful at finding, catching and playing with wild trout on Sierra streams. Four-hour lesson on local waters includes instructor and all gear. $100 per person.
Fly-fishing camps
If you yearn to be truly accomplished at fly-fishing, enroll in one of our 3 or 4-day fly-fishing camps where you will learn all the essentials to be successful at finding, catching and playing with wild trout on Sierra streams and lakes. Dates and packages vary. Inquire at office at fly-shop or lodging office.
Play with trophy Alpers trout to 17lbs.
Match wits with monster Alpers trout up to 17 lbs on Black’s Pond. Our private 2 _ acre fly-fishing lake. No license required. Catch and release only. Three hours of fly-fishing only $50 per rod.
Discovering “new” waters
Learn our secret waters – exactly where to go, what to use and how to fish our most productive, guide proven hot spots. You’ll discover 2-3 destinations over _ day guide trip. Includes guide and transportation. 1 or 2 persons $250
Eastern Sierra adventures
Special _ and full-day adventures to select Eastern Sierra destinations from Mammoth and June Lake to Bridgeport, Yosemite and Sonora pass areas. Packages, rates and availability vary. Check with fly-shop or lodging office.
