Minimum Stay:
Since there are a very limited number of cabin accommodations we have established a minimum stay policy and other restrictions as shown below.
EXCEPTION TO MINIMUM STAY POLICY: If guest is a walk-in or calls within 14 days prior to requested check-in date (stay) for any period and there is space available, then we will book a 1-night stay.
Minimum Non-weekend Stay During Summer and Other Peak Periods - 2 nights*
*Any consecutive 2-night stay Sunday through Thursday night
Minimum Weekend Stay During Summer and Other Peak Periods - 3- nights
1) Thursday, Friday and Saturday, checking out on Sunday
2) Friday, Saturday and Sunday, checking out on Monday
Minimum Weekend Stay During Winter and Other Non-peak Periods - 2-nights
1) Friday and Saturday, checking out on Sunday.
2) Saturday and Sunday, checking out on Monday
Minimum Holiday / Special Occasion Stay - 3-nights*
*Any consecutive 3-night say, which includes the recognized holiday / special occasion day:

Reservation Deposit Terms:
Holiday Periods: Deposits are due 60 days prior to your arrival. Deposit amount is equal to 50% of your total stay. No refunds for early departures. If you need to cancel, you must do so no later than 60 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be held for you to use during your next stay.
Summer (June 11 - Sept. 18): Deposits are due 30 days prior to your arrival. Deposit amount is equal to 50% of your total stay. No refunds for early departures. If you need to cancel, you must do so no later than 30 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be held for you to use during your next stay.
All other times: Deposits are due 14 days prior to your arrival. Deposit amount is equal to 50% of your total stay. No refunds for early departures. If you need to cancel, you must do so no later than 7 days before your arrival to avoid penalty
