WEDDINGS
 The Double Eagle Resort is well-known for the most beautiful mountain weddings in the Sierras. Imagine wedding vows being exchanged at the base of an 11,000 ft mountain peak with waterfalls, a pristine pond, rushing streams and towering pines to complete the back-drop. The most repeated comment is “the beauty of this place is beyond our wildest expectations!”
Our wedding season extends from mid-May to early in October and date reservations must be made six months to a year in advance of the desired date.

  A detailed wedding planner based on the specific desires of the wedding party will be prepared. The wedding planner will provide complete details of all services provided. An estimate of the total price will be prepared so there are no hidden charges/fees. Weddings can be tailored to accommodate a pre-established budget. Information regarding local photographers, florists, entertainers, and wedding cake bakers can be provided or these services can be arranged independently by the Wedding Party.
The reception is held on the deck of Eagle’s Landing Restaurant with a waterfall feature on one side and Rush Creek on the other. Our 30 X 50 Cathedral tent is open on the sides for guests to experience the sounds and beauty of our surroundings.
All food catering is handled through the Restaurant. There are a number of menu styles and types of services to choose from – formal to very informal with BBQ or buffet options. Full bar services are available.
