Cardio Hip Hop

The ultimate Cardio Hip Hop dance class to your favorite tunes! Never get bored in this super high-energy, cardio-intense, calorie-blasting dance class to all your favorite Hip Hop tunes.
Enjoy 60-minutes of non-stop, party rockin’ sweat drenched Hip Hop. Great for students just getting started in Dance Fitness! These are cardio-intense, follow along, inspiring dance fitness classes for everyone. Get ready to burn up to 1000 calories per class and enjoy the ultimate dance fitness experience!

Get active with great people at the dance party workout that moves at your pace! Zumba Gold is low impact, and designed for adults ages 55+. Dance moves are easy to follow, lower-intensity, and – most importantly – FUN!
Don’t miss a great chance to get crazy happy and relieve stress! Not to mention working out your cardio, muscular, flexibility, and balance! Classes will be held outside on the deck! (weather permitting)

Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice. Yin yoga works deeply into our
body. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues
— ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body —
rather than the muscles.
*Tessa Coker will be teaching Yin Yoga on Saturdays at 9am*
